Pamela Glen death: Joseph Turner remanded over stabbing
A man charged with the murder of a great grandmother found stabbed in Darlington has been remanded in custody.
Pamela Glen, 61, was found with stab wounds at her flat in Springhill on Friday and died later in hospital.
Joseph Turner, 61, of Sanderson Street, Darlington, appeared before Newton Aycliffe magistrates accused of murder.
His case was committed to Teesside Crown Court where he will appear on Wednesday.
Mother-of-two Ms Glen, who had one great grandchild and six grandchildren, lived alone at the flat.
