3 July 2014 Last updated at 19:17 BST

A Teesside company has spoken of its disappointment after missing out on a contract to dismantle the wreck of the Costa Concordia.

The cruise ship hit a reef near the island of Giglio in January 2012 and capsized, with the loss of 32 lives.

Able UK had been a frontrunner to take the liner apart at its yard near Hartlepool.
