Hartlepool Mark Dixon death: Paul Sutton found guilty of manslaughter

A man has been found guilty of the manslaughter of a man who died after being attacked on a night out in Hartlepool.

Father-of-one Mark Dixon, 32, from Peterlee, died a week after suffering head injuries in an attack in Victoria Road on 5 October.

Paul Sutton, 29, of Raby Gardens, was found guilty of manslaughter following a trial at Teesside Crown Court.

Sutton was remanded in custody to be sentenced at a later date.
