Men accused of manslaughter after Newcastle body-find
Two men have been accused of killing another man whose body was found at a house in Newcastle.
Police were called to Wingrove Avenue early on Wednesday, following reports a man had been assaulted.
Northumbria police said the victim, in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
David Moore, 28, of Bentinck Terrace and Lee Tams, 29, of no fixed address, have been charged with manslaughter and are due before magistrates on Friday.
A third man, aged 43, who was also arrested in connection with the death, has been released with no further action.
A post-mortem examination established the victim died from head injuries.
Police said his identity man would not be released until all his family had been informed.
