Street search in David Scott murder inquiry
Police investigating the murder of a County Durham father-of-two are carrying out a fingertip search of the area where he was found.
David Scott, 33, was discovered with stab wounds in Rose Avenue, Stanley, on 23 December.
His family said he had been "left to die in the street like an animal".
A Durham Police spokeswoman said detectives were following "a number of leads" after members of the public had come forward with information.
Six people have so far been arrested and bailed in connection with the murder inquiry.
The force has renewed an appeal for witnesses and detectives want to speak to anyone who saw a young man wearing a blue body warmer in the area.
