Durham blue milk theft sparks danger warning
Milk that was stolen in Durham was due for analysis and could be dangerous if drunk, police have warned.
The blue milk samples, in 30ml bottles, contain a preservative that changes its colour and were destined to be delivered to National Milk Records.
Two boxes were awaiting collection by a courier outside a house in Eden Terrace when they were taken earlier.
Police have said that if anyone has drunk it they should consume plenty of water and seek medical attention.
