Men face no further action after Swindon murder arrests
No further action will be taken against two men arrested on suspicion of murdering a 50-year-old in Swindon.
Terrance Curtis was found found unconscious at a house in Westcott Place, Kingshill, on 31 August.
He was taken to hospital but died a short time later. A post-mortem examination concluded he had died as a result of head injuries.
The men, aged 24 and 25, were arrested and released on police bail, pending further inquiries.
Wiltshire Police said on Friday that no further action would be taken against them.
The spokesman said a file would now be prepared for HM Coroner for Swindon and Wiltshire in order for an inquest to take place.
