Coroner appeals to find Swindon man's family

Swindon's coroner's office is appealing for the public's help to trace the family of a man who was found dead at his home.

Brian Davidson, 69, was found by a friend in Walcot on Wednesday.

A Wiltshire Police spokesman said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. Officers have been unable to trace his family.

A coroner's office spokesman said it was believed that Mr Davidson had children, who may be in Scotland.

Anyone who can help is asked to contact the coroner's office at Gablecross Police Station.
