Man suffers broken jaw after 'nasty' Devizes attack

Police are hunting two men who left another man unconscious with a broken jaw after a "nasty and prolonged attack" in Wiltshire.

The 25-year-old was attacked at about 21:50 BST on Wednesday on Westminster Place in Devizes.

A witness said he saw two men kicking and punching the victim who was taken to hospital with head injuries.

The men are described as white and in their 20s. Anyone with information is urged to contact the police.

One man was described as about 5ft 7ins tall with ginger hair and wearing a cream hooded top, jeans and trainers.

The second man was wearing a blue checked shirt, jeans and trainers.
