Man charged after blaze at Dream Lounge lap-dancing club

A man has been charged after a fire at a strip club in Swindon which started when a car was driven into the front.

The Dream Lounge was badly damaged in the fire early on Saturday morning which was described as "significant".

Faisal Qaddus, 26, of Colbourne Street, Swindon, was charged with arson with intent to endanger life. He is due before magistrates in Swindon later.

Nobody was hurt in the incident but parts of Victoria Road and Regent Circus were sealed off.
