Man charged over M4 collision deaths

A man has been charged with causing death by careless driving after three people died in a collision on the M4.

James Stark, 37, Steven Sheldon, 35, both from Rhondda Cynon Taf and Martin Williams, 36, from Trecynon died when a lorry and van collided on 9 June.

Stephen Jenkins, 38, of Park View Terrace, Abercwmboi, is charged with three counts of causing death by careless driving.

He is due to appear at Chippenham Magistrates' Court on 13 November.

Two of the victims died at the scene of the crash. The third was taken to Southmead Hospital but died a few days later.
