Election 2015: Clean sweep for Tories in Wiltshire

The Conservatives have kept all six seats they held in Wiltshire and won a seventh.

In South Swindon, Robert Buckland retained his seat with 22,777 votes. He won with a majority of 5,785.

He saw off competition from Labour's Anne Snelgrove who received 16,992 votes.

Liberal Democrat MP Duncan Hames lost his Chippenham seat to Conservative candidate Michele Donelan who was elected with 26,354 votes.

Justin Tomlinson held Swindon North, and Andrew Murrison retained West Wiltshire.

John Glen kept his Salisbury seat and Claire Perry held on to Devizes. James Gray was re-elected in North Wiltshire.
