York boy arrested for railway planking

A teenager from York has been arrested on suspicion of "planking" on a railway line.

British Transport Police said a 14-year-old boy from the city was arrested after a local paper carried a picture of a boy lying on railway tracks.

Planking involves lying face down in a public place and posting photos on the internet.

The person planking lies expressionless with their hands by their sides.
