Selby roadside memorial stolen
Flowers and a photograph have been stolen from a roadside memorial in North Yorkshire, in what police have described as a "callous" theft.
The memorial at the junction of East Common Lane and Denison Road, in Selby, marked the site where a 17-year-old man died in a collision several years ago.
The theft took place sometime between 8 and 11 December, North Yorkshire Police said.
PC Karl May said: "This has naturally left the family deeply upset".
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
