Scarborough stabbing death: Seven further arrests

Seven further arrests have been made by police after a 19-year-old man was stabbed to death in Scarborough.

Michael Vincent Graham was attacked near amusement arcades on Foreshore Road just before midnight on Saturday.

A 17-year-old man was taken to hospital after he was stabbed in the leg. Police said he was in a stable condition.

Seven teenagers, four male and three female, have been arrested and are in custody for questioning, North Yorkshire Police said.

Two teenagers were arrested in the early hours of Sunday and also remain in custody.

In a statement Mr Graham's family said: "We are absolutely devastated by what has happened to Mickey and we're struggling to come to terms with the fact that he has gone."

A cordon remains in place around the area at St Nicholas Cliff Gardens while police continue their investigation.
