Two charged with Jonathan Binns murder in Scarborough

Two men have been charged with the murder of a 41-year-old man in Scarborough.

Jonathan Binns died shortly after police were called to reports of an assault at an address on Queen's Terrace, Eastborough, on 7 August.

The men, aged 34 and 29, have also been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.

Both men have been remanded in custody and are due to appear before magistrates in Scarborough on Monday.

Two other men, both aged 30, have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, with one also facing a further charge of assisting an offender.

Both have been remanded in custody and are also expected to appear at Scarborough Magistrates' Court on Monday.
