A biker who was filmed by North Yorkshire Police performing a wheelie at 110mph in a 70mph zone has been banned from driving.

Michael Chester, 42, of Sunny Heys West, Meltham, West Yorkshire, admitted dangerous driving after performing the stunt on the A63 near Selby in July.

He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for two years.

Police said he had shown a "complete contempt for motoring laws".
