16-year-old charged with Ardoyne rioting

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with rioting in the Ardoyne area of north Belfast last month.

The teenager will appear in court in Belfast next week. He is the 30th person to be charged in connection with the disturbances.

There were three nights of rioting starting on 12 July.

The police set up a dedicated team to identify those who took part in the trouble.
