Four injured in Craigavon clash

Two men have suffered serious injuries during a disturbance in Craigavon in the early hours of Monday.

The incident, which involved several people, took place around 0100 BST in the Pinebank area.

Two men in their 40s sustained head and face injuries which are serious but not thought to be life-threatening, while two women suffered minor wounds.

Police said they could not yet confirm reports that a knife and/or bottles were used. Three men were arrested.

Two of them are aged in their 20s and one in his 40s.

Police have appealed for witnesses to contact them.
