Youth charged in connection with Ardoyne riots

A 15-year-old boy has been charged in connection with disturbances in the Ardoyne area of north Belfast on 12 July.

He is charged with riotious assembly and possession of an offensive weapon.

The teenager was arrested in north Belfast on Tuesday. He is due to appear in court next month.

An Orange Order march through Ardoyne on the Twelfth was followed by three nights of rioting.
