A 27-year-old man, who had been arrested in connection with a bomb blast in Lurgan which injured three children, has been released without charge.

Police said the man was arrested as part of a planned search in Craigavon.

Dissident republicans were blamed for planting the bomb which exploded without warning in a bin in the town's North Street on 14 August.

The three children, aged between two and 12, suffered minor injuries.

Three other men arrested in connection with the bomb were released last week.
