Four men arrested in organised crime operation

Four men have been arrested by Irish police as part of an investigation into organised crime in County Louth.

Gardai also seized a JCB telescopic handler during the operation in the Ravensdale area of Dundalk on Friday evening.

A 22-year-old man is expected to appear before a special sitting of Dundalk District Court on Saturday.

A 19-year-old man remains in custody. The other two men were released without charge on Friday night.

Investigations are continuing.
