Londonderry man admits burgling local primary school

A 25-year-old Londonderry man has pleaded guilty to carrying out a series of burglaries and thefts at a sports complex and a primary school in the city.

Ciaran Paul Hogan, from Cornshell Fields, admitted to the offences at Londonderry Crown Court on Friday.

The burglaries occurred at Templemore Sports Complex and St Patrick's Primary School in Pennyburn last January.

He was remanded in custody and is due to appear in court again next month.
