Alleged attackers to wear electronic tags

Two men who denied attacking another man in his Londonerry flat are to be electronically tagged.

James Anthony Kelly, 30, from Shepherd's View and Paul McElhinney, 45, from Waterloo Street, alllegedly attacked the 31-year-old in his Shipquay Street flat.

The defendants also denied falsely imprisoning the victim.

They will remain tagged until they appear in court again on 8 December.

Mr Kelly and Mr McElhinney were also banned from entering the walled city area.
