Petrol bomb thrown at north Belfast house

Police are investigating a petrol bomb attack on a house in north Belfast in the early hours of Thursday morning.

A PSNI spokesperson said a bottle was thrown at the front door of the property on Oldpark Road at about 0130 BST.

There was scorch damage to the door but no-one was injured.

Police have asked for anyone who was in the area at the time and noticed anything suspicious to contact them as soon as possible.
