Valuable banjo stolen from Derry house

A banjo has been stolen from a house in Londonderry.

The instrument, which the police said is valuable, was taken at the start of October.

They believe the banjo was sold to a shop in the city for cash, and has since been purchased by a member of the public.

The police want anyone with information about the banjo, which is an Ibanez Artist model, to contact them at Strand Road police station in Derry.
