Shot fired in bookmakers robbery

A shot was fired during a robbery at a bookmakers in Belfast on Saturday night.

Two men, one armed with a starting pistol, held up staff in the shop on the Grosvenor Road at about 1900 GMT.

The men threatened staff and the man carrying the pistol fired a shot towards the ceiling, but no one was injured.

The men stole money and left in a silver car which travelled towards the Westlink.
