Woman is threatened at knifepoint in Tandragee

A takeaway delivery driver has been threatened with a knife during an attempted robbery in Tandragee.

She was making a delivery on the Ballymore Road at about 1830 GMT on Sunday when two men approached her.

One of them grabbed her, threatened her with the knife and demanded money, while the other searched her car.

The robber let the woman go when she started screaming. She was able to run back to her car and get away. Nothing was stolen.

Both of the robbers were described as being about 5ft 8ins tall.

The one with the knife was described as being in his late teens or early 20s.

The other was thin and was wearing a white hooded top.
