Men threatened Post Office staff during Belfast robbery

Two Post Office staff have been threatened during a robbery at their premises in east Belfast on Tuesday.

The man and woman were uninjured during the incident in a convenience shop on the Cregagh Road at 1010 GMT.

The robbers, both wearing balaclavas, gloves and white trainers, escaped with a sum of money.

One man was 5ft 4in, stocky and wore a navy track suit top. The other was 5ft 7in, of muscular build and wore a navy boiler suit.

Police have appealed for anyone with information about the robbery to contact them.
