Paintings stolen from Bangor house

Fifteen paintings have been stolen from a house in County Down.

Detectives have said the pieces were taken from the house on Princetown Road some time between 1930 GMT on 7 February and 1100 GMT the next day.

Last month, a number of valuable paintings including one by Belfast artist William Conor were taken from a house in Omagh.

Police have appealed to anyone who is offered any paintings in suspicious circumstances to contact them.
