Staff member tied up during Coleraine armed robbery

A member of staff has been tied up during an armed robbery in Coleraine, County Londonderry.

Two men, one armed with a firearm, entered the fast food premises in Hanover Place shortly before 0800 BST on Sunday morning.

A member of staff was tied up and locked in a storeroom. The men escaped with a sum of money. No one was hurt during the incident.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
