Man denies Cookstown killing of Conor McCusker
The judge has begun summing up in the case of a man accused of a killing outside a Cookstown nightclub.
Christopher Murphy, 23, from Tullagh Drive in the town, denies charges of manslaughter and causing grievous bodily harm.
It follows the death of Conor McCusker, 31, in a fight outside the club two years ago
Mr McCusker's family wept in the gallery in Dungannon Crown Court as his injuries were described.
Mr McCusker was on a night out with his brother Niall, the vice-captain of the Derry GAA team, when he suffered serious head injuries in a fight.
He was taken to Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital where he died.
