Derry teenagers on petrol bomb charges

Two 18-year-old men from the Waterside area of Londonderry have appeared in court charged over disturbances on the night of 13 July.

Anthony Logue, from Bard's Hill, and John James Donnelly, from Barnwall Place, are charged with throwing a petrol bomb at police officers.

They are further charged with having a petrol bomb and riotous behaviour on the same date.

The offences are alleged to have happened at Anderson Crescent.

Both defendants were released on police bail to appear in court again on 1 September.
