Pair arrested after west Belfast GAA club fire

A 16-year-old boy and 19-year-old man have been arrested following a fire at a west Belfast GAA club.

The pair were detained on suspicion of burglary a short time after the damage to St John's GAA club was discovered at about 0500 BST.

The premises had been broken into and extensive fire and smoke damage caused to the bar.

Gaming machines were also smashed and the contents taken, along with some alcohol and two cash registers.
