Man arrested over Declan Quinn killing released

A man arrested in connection with the murder of Declan Quinn in County Tyrone has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

Mr Quinn, 37, died earlier this month after being hit by a car on the Gortgonis Road in Coalisland.

The 28-year-old man was arrested in Dungannon on suspicion of withholding information and assisting offenders.

A 21-year-old man has already been charged with murdering Mr Quinn, his second cousin, following the incident.

Anthony Joseph Quinn, 21, of Maplebrook Hill in Coalisland, is also accused of driving while disqualified.
