Woman, 48, charged with East Belfast rioting

A 48-year-old woman is due to appear in court on Saturday charged with rioting in east Belfast earlier this summer.

She is also charged with intentionally encouraging and assisting a riot on 20 and 21 June.

Meanwhile, two 17-year-old youths and an 18-year-old man have also been charged over rioting in the Markets area of South Belfast on 12 July.

All three will appear at Belfast Magistrates Court on Saturday.
