Teens arrested in Derry dissident probe released

Two teenagers from Londonderry arrested by police investigating dissident republican activity have been released unconditionally.

The 15-year-old boy and a girl, aged 17, were detained in the cityside area on Thursday morning by detectives from the PSNI's serious crime branch.

They were being held under the Terrorism Act and taken to Antrim police station for questioning.

The pair were released on Friday afternoon.
