Two due in court over Belfast rioting charges

Two people, one of them a 14-year-old boy, have been charged over rioting in Belfast in July.

The 14-year-old is to appear at Belfast Youth Court in October charged with rioting in the Ardoyne area in the north of the city on 12 July.

A 19-year-old man has been charged with rioting and hijacking. He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court on 30 September.

The charges are linked to disturbances at Broadway in west Belfast on 11 July.
