Man charged after £75k of drugs are seized at Larne port

A 30-year-old man has been charged after drugs with a street value of more than £75,000 were seized at the weekend.

He was arrested at Larne port in the early hours of Saturday morning and faces charges of possession and intent to supply.

Cocaine and ecstasy tablets are believed to have been found during the police operation.

The man is expected to appear in court in Coleraine on Monday.
