A 34-year-old man from Castlederg has appeared at Londonderry Magistrates' Court charged with indecently exposing himself to three young girls last week.

David Doherty, from Listymore Park in Castlederg, is alleged to have committed the offences on 16 September.

The charges allege that he committed three acts of a lewd, obscene and disgusting nature by exposing himself.

The defendant was released on his own bail of £500 to appear in court again on 27 October.

As part of his bail conditions he must reside at an agreed bail address other than his home address.

He was also ordered not to be parked in a stationary car within 100m of where young females are likely to congregate.
