The funeral has taken place of Karen Coyles, who went missing 19 days ago off the County Antrim coast.

A land and sea search began after the 47-year-old from Ballycastle disappeared on 11 September.

Strathclyde police confirmed last week that a body found on the Mull of Kintyre in Scotland was Ms Coyles.

Hundreds of mourners attended her funeral, including members of GAA clubs in Ballycastle.

Ms Coyles had captained the winning side in the all-Ireland camogie sevens tournament just before her disappearance.

She also worked at the Biomedical Sciences Research Institute at the University of Ulster.
