Rampant Welsh break Irish hearts

Ireland are out of the rugby union World Cup in New Zealand. They were beaten 22-10 by Wales who go into the semi-finals.

When Ireland threatened, Wales seemed to have enough numbers and commitment to cope, other than when wing Keith Earls made the most of his chance.

Ireland levelled at 10-10 shortly after the turn-around but were unable to match a rampant Welsh team.

Wales now play France in the semi-final next week.
