Man has arm broken in Ballynahinch armed robbery

A man has been tied up and had his arm broken after four men, one believed to be armed with a handgun, entered his home in Ballynahinch.

The intruders entered the house on the Tannaghmore Road at about 21:30 GMT on Thursday.

They tied the victim up and put him into a bath. He was taken to hospital for his injuries. A car stolen from the property was recovered nearby.

It is unclear if anything else was stolen.
