Shot fired through window of car in Rathkyle, Antrim

A shot has been fired through the window of a car in Antrim.

At about 23:30 GMT on Tuesday a man in his house in the Rathkyle estate heard a loud bang outside the house.

The back window of a Renault Laguna parked at the address was found to have been smashed at 09:45 GMT on Wednesday.

Police have recovered what are believed to be shotgun pellets from the vehicle. Detectives want to hear from anyone who noticed a man dressed in grey in the area at about 23:30 GMT.
