Men charged following spate of burglaries

Two men have been charged with a number of offences after a spate of burglaries took place in Counties Armagh and Down on Thursday.

The men, aged 23 and 30, face three burglary charges, as well as one attempted burglary charge.

They have also been charged with going equipped, dangerous driving and failing to stop for police.

The burglaries took place in Kilkeel, Tandragee and Dromore. Two took place at the homes of elderly women.
