Police concern about man on ferry to Belfast

Scottish police are concerned about the whereabouts of a Stranraer man who was last seen on a ferry to Belfast.

Carlus McNicholl was on the Cairnryan to Belfast Stena Superfast ferry at 05:00 GMT on Sunday 8 January and has not been seen since.

The 24-year-old is a student at Glasgow Nautical College.

Carlus is 5'7" tall, of slim build and was wearing a dark tracksuit top with a white hood, dark trousers and a green baseball cap when he was last seen.

Police in Dumfries and Galloway have appealed for anyone with information about Carlus to contact them.
