Three men face 30 charges in Londonderry

Three men have been charged with a combined total of 30 offences in Londonderry earlier this week.

David Kelly, 32, of no fixed abode; Robert Paul McBride, 32, from Gortree, Newtowncunningham and Kevin Harkin, 26, of no fixed abode, appeared at Londonderry Magistrates' Court.

The charges they face include assaulting police officers, resisting arrest and dangerous driving.

No bail applications were made and the three men were remanded in custody.

The charges relate to a series of incidents in Carrowbane Walk, Racecourse Road and Groarty Road in Derry on Wednesday.

The men will next appear, by video link, on 8 March.
