Man armed with a knife robs Russell's Cellars in Belfast

A man armed with a knife has threatened members of staff at an off-licence in east Belfast.

It happened shortly after 21:00 GMT on Saturday at Russell's Cellars on the Castlereagh Road.

No-one was injured, although the staff members were left badly shaken. The man made off with a sum of money.

He was described as wearing a black jumper with a grey scarf covering his face. Police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
