Bodies of brothers-in-law found on neighbouring Irish farms
The bodies of two brothers-in-law have been found on neighbouring farms in the Republic of Ireland.
A man in his 70s, was found near Bagnalstown at 04:00 GMT on Wednesday after the emergency services were called to the scene.
It is understood he was shot and a gun was found nearby.
The body of a second man, in his 50s, was found later in the morning at another farm close by. Foul play is not suspected in this case.
The bodies remain at the scene and the area has been sealed off for forensic examination.
