Man arrested over Antrim Cemetery vandalism

A 23-year-old man has been arrested after an incident in which a stolen car was used to drive over headstones in Antrim cemetery last year.

On 12 November, a car, earlier reported stolen in Belfast, damaged the headstones and surrounds on graves.

The man was arrested in Belfast. He was questioned on offences including criminal damage and aggravated vehicle taking.

He was later released on police bail pending further enquiries.
